Batch number verified on the jar before I even opened it, and the honey itself is so dense it barely drips off the spoon. Took a small spoonful for a sore throat and it coated everything just right, with that deep, earthy finish you only get from the real stuff.
The thick, almost fudgy texture is unlike any honey I've tried, and the batch number on the jar gave me real peace of mind about its authenticity. A tiny spoonful is enough to coat my throat when I feel a cold coming on, and it's become my daily ritual.
I’ve been using this for my morning tea and the texture is like velvet—thick and smooth, not syrupy at all. The unique batch number adds a nice touch of authenticity, and knowing it’s independently certified makes the price feel worth it.
