Half a teaspoon on toast this morning and my gut already feels calmer than it has in weeks. The 18+ UMF activity level is no joke, it's noticeably stronger than the lower grades I've tried.
The raw texture is dense and clings to the spoon, which makes taking my daily teaspoon for gut support feel more like a ritual. It’s been three weeks now and my digestion has noticeably settled, so the higher UMF activity is clearly doing something.
Thick and smooth, the 18+ UMF grade is noticeably more potent than lower strengths I’ve tried. I take it daily for gut support and my digestion feels steadier than it has in months.
